The IntelliTrack Shuttle can be used for short distance sideways move that would otherwise requires two turntables and one conveyor.

Also it may be used as splitter directing product flow to multiple directions.

Its narrow profile design minimizes the down flow perturbation.

With its sophisticated controller, it can function totally autonomously to perform simple sideways transition. Or with simple connection to a host controller, it will function as a splitter or merger.

It offers very smooth movement of carrier up to 1.5 meters per second. This high speed becomes very important since it can become the bottleneck of the entire conveyor system for high traffic applications.

It waits for a incoming carrier at the orientation specified as input position/direction. It receives a carrier, executes its motion, and then off- loads the carrier to the downstream conveyor as long as receiving conveyor is available. It then moves back to input position signaling the upstream conveyor to load the next carrier. This seamless loading and unloading cycle can be performed without host or outside controller. User can re-configure input /output direction by changing a shorting jumper or it can be changed dynamically by a host controller. These standard functions are all included in one low priced package.

The intelligent embedded controller achieves totally autonomous self contained control when used as a simple turn or merger unit. It can connect up to four IntelliTrack Conveyors at up to three positions using standard interface cable. After specifying input and output directions, either statically by jumper or dynamically by host controller, it simply starts directing the carriers the way you want.
