True Class 1 Cleanliness

Cleanliness is always measured directly below a  driving roller while fully loaded carrier travels as frequently as 10 times per minutes.  IntelliTrack conveyors are rated class 1 under these conditions up to 0.6 meter/second transport speed. 

No Contact Soft Buffering

The linear conveyor provides no-contact, slip-free motion of carriers or containers through its use of independently controlled drive motors. The system offers inherent cleanliness and efficiency due to its ability to maintain buffer zones between items. Each transport section is independently driven and controlled, enabling accumulation and asynchronous motion without the need for a slip drive system. All of the functionality is performed by a built-in controller hence no external controller is required.

Flexible Programmable Embedded Controller

An exclusive feature of the IntelliTrack Clean Conveyor System is its uniquely simple and flexible control scheme. In most cases, an end user can connect them with std cable following a simple manual and the system simply starts conveying. Power distribution and most of flow control are internalized hence there usually is no external controller or power supply cables.  

This ‘plug-and-play’ feature of IntelliTrack conveyor system can diminish or even eliminate the services of contract integrators and significantly reduce production down time through a reduced installation schedule.  

Network/Distributed I/O Compatibility

When the system becomes very large and complex, Stratus offers affordable traffic control solution with "IntellMove" Windows based traffic control software. Most of popular distributed I/O network can be used to monitor and control the system. In most cases even with very large complex installation, host Windows computer will control only decision point which usually is a turn table.
